At BEST WESTERN Hotel City we are aware that we have a responsibility to the environment. We are certified by the international Green Key environment certification programme since 2009. We choose environmentally certified suppliers whenever possible, and are constantly thinking about how we can optimize our resource utilization.
At BEST WESTERN Hotel City we work with an active environmentpolicy, we have for example deselected the minibar to minimize power usage, the hotel is powered by windmills and we have installed water saving toilets and water saving nozzles at zinks and showers.
Today we only have organic bread on the breakfast buffet, and we are constantly working on new initiatives to keep beeing a green hotel. We are not buying emissions but taking action towards a more sustainable environment.
